Important PPE Update

Due to the increased number of positive cases and exposures, we have made a few important updates regarding the distribution of PPE:

  • Residential congregate Settings  With the increased number of positive cases and exposures, it has become increasingly difficult to offer delivery of PPE after business hours. We would like to offer the availability of emergency PPE kits. A single kit can be stored in each congregate setting and can be used until additional PPE is provided on the next business day. Each kit contains 4 N95 masks, 3 gowns, 4 face shields and gloves. Please request the number of kits you need by using the PPE request link.
  • Routine PPE Needs   We will be unable to fulfill routine PPE requests between December 24 and January 3. We ask that you submit in advance your routine PPE needs including masks and face shields that are used during personal care. Please use the PPE request link.

Requested supplies per this notice can be picked up on Tuesday, December 15 between 10:00- 2:00.

Please note that our pickup location has moved to the main administration building at 89 East Howe. Ave. You will see an orange sign on a set of double doors in front of the building approximately 100 feet to the right of the main entrance and flag pole. It is marked Door #5.
