What do I do if
A person served I provide services to has been EXPOSED – QUARANTINE
- VACCINATED and Boosted:
- Wear a mask around others for 10 days and test on day 5 if possible.
- If you develop symptoms, test and stay home. (See additional details from the CDC here)
- UNVACCINATED (or over 6 months past the 2nd dose of mRNA vaccine):
- Stay home Stay home for 5 days. After that continue to wear a mask around others for 5 additional days. If you can’t quarantine you must wear a mask for 10 days. Test on day 5 if possible.
- If you develop symptoms, test and stay home. (See additional details from the CDC here)
- VACCINATED and Boosted:
What do I do if
A person served I provide services to has been TESTED POSITIVE – ISOLATE
- REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS
- Stay home for 5 days.
- If you have no symptoms or your symptoms are resolving after 5 days, you can leave your house.
- Continue to wear a mask around others for 5 additional days.
- If you have a fever, continue to stay home until your fever resolves.
- If the person you support received services from another provider 48 hours prior to the onset of symptoms or if no symptoms are present 48 hours prior to the day they received the COVID test, please notify those providers.
- REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS
