Event Description
Upon completion, providers will have learned the following information:
- Identification of common examples of unusual incidents, and what to write in a UI incident report
- How to conduct a solid UI investigation
- Keys for writing a good prevention plan to promote health and welfare
- Maintaining UI logs and identifying UI trends/patterns
