Summit DD is hosting a provider expo this November and we want you to be part of it! It’s the perfect opportunity for providers in Summit County to market their programs and showcase their strengths to individuals and their families, teens in transition and other DD Professionals or community partners.
This has been a popular event in years past and we are working hard to make this event memorable and informative. Our providers are our most valuable asset and we hope you will welcome this opportunity to meet with individuals and their families or guardians as well as network with other providers.
This year’s Empowering All Abilities Expo, is free to all certified providers. Registration is required as space is limited and will be provided on a first come first served basis. 2016-provider-expo-form
During the event there will also be a variety of informational sessions available to attendees. If you have an innovative program or approach to services and would like to be considered to speak at one of the sessions, please indicate your interest on your registration form. Summit DD will determine sessions based on content and schedule availability.
As an incentive to boost attendance, we will be holding raffle prize drawings during the Expo. Attendees will need to visit a minimum of 10 tables to be entered into the drawings. Exhibitors are asked donate a raffle prize, as we rely on your generosity to make this happen. All donated items will list the donor’s name and organization. A list of raffle items and donors will be given to each attendee when they sign in.
Please complete the 2016-provider-expo-form and return to Gretchen Fiocca at gmfiocca@summitdd.org. Tables will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your table number. This may take up to 5 business days. The deadline to register is October 28, 2016.
