As a Day Service provider, you are committed to providing quality services to individuals. As your partner, we want to provide you with the support you need to do your job and meet the needs of the families you serve. That’s why Summit DD would like you to join us for an opportunity to provide feedback.
We are looking for feedback on the following topics:
- Ways in which Summit DD can better support your efforts
- Training or areas of technical support that would benefit your organization
- Networking opportunities that would provide additional support
- Challenges that affect your ability to provide quality day services
Please park and enter around the back of the building (door number 14) by the covered parking lot. We will be meeting in the Conference Center.
