Billie Jo David is the Director of Communications and MUI for Summit DD, overseeing marketing, communications, strategic planning and MUI. Billie Jo has been with Summit DD for 17 years.

Prior to joining the Summit DD team, Billie Jo served as a public information officer and quality officer for the Ohio Department of Transportation, District 12. Billie Jo also served as the elected Ward 1 Council Representative for the City of Avon Lake for four years.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Communications and Business Administration Major from Thiel College in Greenville, PA. Billie Jo resides in Avon Lake with her husband of 21 years, Bill, and their three children Liam, Claire, and Julia.
