PMT (Physical/Psychological Management Training) is a widely used crisis intervention program for managing challenging behaviors and conflict situations. Once certified, a yearly refresher is required to maintain certification. Please be prepared to show proof of PMT certification.

Cancellation Procedure:

• If you’re unable to attend your session for any reason, please let us know within 24 hours of the training by emailing gmfiocca@summitdd.org.
• As required by the PMT Institute, if we have less than 6 registered participants in attendance for a class, the class may be cancelled and rescheduled.
• If you are signing up multiple staff from your agency, please add all staff names to the list. Thank you for your understanding.
