Event Description
This in-person TWO-DAY class covers the administration of medications and the performance of health-related activities, as well as demonstrations of all skills, using the DODD required curriculum.
- Cost: $140.00, which includes a curriculum book to keep.

- Location is NOT Summit DD: 2855 W. Market St., Suite 219, Fairlawn, OH 44333. Please report to the 2nd floor. Please provide staff with the contact information and phone number.
- Late attendees will not be permitted to enter once class begins
- The DODD MAIS application must be completed in full prior to class (no blank fields), or certification may be delayed
