The mission of the Blast Program is to provide safe and healthy social and recreational activities to adult persons served who are able to spend independent time in the community where they work, live, learn and play so that they may develop and foster friendships with their peers.
Membership: Open to adult persons served who have alone time in the community sufficient to allow for activity and attendance and transportation to and from an activity.
