Event Description
This session guides participants in the evaluation of how human services organizations function in the community, with a focus on the changing perspective from a “needs based focus” to an “assets based focus.” Participants are encouraged to shift their own focus to one which seeks to identify the assets of individuals which can be used to facilitate community connections, rather than looking at meeting the needs of the individual through the provision of professional supports.
Registration is required as seating is limited.
