The Employment Collaborative of Summit County is a Summit DD supported collaboration consisting of Summit DD, local businesses and disability providers. The members of the collaborative work toward one common goal: to increase employment opportunities for people with barriers to employment. They seek to provide support to both job seekers and businesses using their unique approach to break down barriers that many job candidates face.

Trainings
Summit DD provides training opportunities for disability providers, employers and businesses in the community. Trainings range from industry-specific to on-the-job-support for new team member to ensure long-term success. EC trainings can be tailored to the needs of the organization and be delivered in a variety of formats, such as in-person and virtually.
