Claude has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kent State University. She has been in the Human Service industry for 16 years beginning in Cuyahoga County Jobs and Family Services and most recently as an SSA with Summit DD.

“I am passionate for helping individuals to live their best life, which is what led me to become an Investigative Agent,” Little explained. “I look forward to helping improve the lives of people we serve and making an impact in their community.” In her free time, Little enjoys shopping, traveling and watching her daughter play college basketball.
