This class is designed to support Direct Support Professionals and agency staff with their required certifications, in alignment with DODD guidelines. (See Elite Nursing Services website for full course description.)

Please note:

• Cost: $80
• You must complete and submit the MAIS application (available on Elite Nursing Services’ website) prior to class. Incomplete fields may delay certification.
• Late arrivals will not be admitted. Plan to arrive early.
• All payments must be made in advance. Zelle and PayPal are accepted with prior approval.
• Classes are held on the 2^nd floor in Suite 219
