Event Description
This is an in-person 4-hour class. Participants must have a valid, unexpired Medication Certification One.
- Cost: $50.00. Registration is required as seating is limited.

Class location: Summit DD Board, B-wing lower level conference room, 89 East Howe Road, Tallmadge OH 44278. Please park behind the building and enter through B-wing doors (Door #14). Due to COVID-19 restrictions, you will not be able to enter the building through any other door.
