Event Description

November 2023 Summit DD is changing the system providers use to enter locally funded billing to Brittco. As a provider of local services, we would like to show you how to access and navigate that system and enter your billing claims. We have scheduled three trainings options:

• Tuesday, October 17^th in person at our Cuyahoga Falls location from 8:30a-10:30a,
• Tuesday, October 17^th 10:30a-12:30p virtually via Microsoft Teams and
• Wednesday, October 18^th 10a-12p virtually via Microsoft Teams.

Important

Please continue to enter claims for locally funded services into the OhioDD.net system until November 10, 2023 at 11:59pm. Any claims for locally funded services November 11^th or after will need to be entered into the Brittco system. You will still be able to access information about local payments through Summit County’s Munis/VSS system throughout this change. Summit County will continue to issue payments via check or direct deposit throughout this change. Please continue to enter waiver funded claims into eMBS.
