The OADSP Frontline Supervisor Training is a course of study that focuses on developing the knowledge and skills of the new or seasoned frontline supervisor.
The Frontline Supervisor coursework will be offered as standalone classes. The objectives for this module include: Discuss and brainstorm common challenges of people in supervisory positions. Evaluate one’s own supervisory skills and consider ways to build on personal strengths. Consider the supervisory role as leader within an organization and the impact of that role on the culture and success of that organization.
