Recently our IA Analyst Matt Klink was promoted to MUI Manager. While Matt will continue to perform his duties regarding trainings and trend analysis, he will also begin to direct supervise some of the IAs.
This additional manager in the MUI Department will allow for more targeted support of the IAs and will create additional opportunities to explore other external resources to support those we serve.
Regarding his promotion, Matt stated “I’m grateful for this new opportunity and looking forward to supporting Summit DD’s Investigative Agent team while continuing to assist the provider community with analysis and trainings.”
