Meet the newest member of the MUI team, Shannon Mahoney. Shannon has taken on the role of Intake Investigative Agent II.

Shannon comes to Summit DD with 30 years of investigative experience. She previously worked as an IA and as an investigator with Children Services, where she was part of the criminal physical and sexual abuse investigative team.  Shannon enjoys training staff on all things MUI related.

Shannon shared her thoughts about being a new Intake IA at Summit DD. “I am looking forward to supporting not only the MUI team, but the providers and board employees who work tirelessly to support the individuals we serve.”  She added that she is also looking forward to getting to know the individuals we serve and to “help them live their best lives by being healthy and safe.”

In her free time, Shannon enjoys reading and volunteering in a variety of ways related to animal rescue work. Welcome, Shannon!
