Free “May There Always Be Summit DD” scavenger hunt

Community is at its best when we include people of all abilities. That’s why the City of Akron and Lock3 are announcing a new scavenger hunt as part of The Walking with Akron, Akron Games series called, “May There Always Be Summit DD.” This activity is FREE and open to people of every ability.

The “May There Always Be Summit DD” scavenger hunt is available for one week – beginning on June 26, 2020 and ending at noon on July 3, 2020. Participants who finish all 15 missions in the scavenger hunt will be entered to win a prize*.

The Walking With Akron, Akron Games series offers a new scavenger hunt each week to help people get out an explore their community. The “May There Always Be Summit DD” hunt (sponsored by Summit DD) provides fun challenges or missions for you to complete by yourself or with a friend. Some challenges might take you through your neighborhood finding everyday items or they could be accomplished in the comfort of your own home. The challenges can be completed either through the GooseChase app or by using the Lock3 flyer, which will be available to view or print at www.Lock3Live.com on June 26, 2020.

*You must use the GooseChase app to be eligible for the prize. The app is free and available for download on Android or Apple devices.
