The new year brings a new rule. Join us for a discussion about the new Administrative Code behavior support rule (Rule 5123:2-2-06 entitled Behavioral Support Strategies that Include Restrictive Measures) that went into effect on 1/1/15. This rule limits the use of and sets forth requirements for development and implementation of behavioral support strategies that include restrictive measures.
