As we look ahead to 2026, we want to remind all Agency Providers about the upcoming 2025 Annual Analysis.
NEW FOR 2026
Due to the MUI Rule update in July 2025, Independent Providers DO NOT need to complete an annual analysis any longer. Only Agency Providers are required to complete an annual analysis and then submit it to Summit DD for review.
All agency providers need to conduct their 2025 MUI analysis by no later than 1/31/26 and then submit their analysis to Summit DD by no later than 2/28/26.
- Summit DD’s MUI Dept. will send out a blank analysis forms and a reminder to all Agency Providers on or near 1/1/26.
- The completed analysis can either be emailed to UILogs@summitdd.org or faxed to 330-634-8553.
- Please remember that an analysis must be submitted by an Agency Provider even if you had no MUIs for those you served in 2025.
