Matt has been with Summit DD for the past 12 years. He has held the positions of Investigative Agent (IA), IA Manager, and recently assumed our IA Analyst position. Matt began his career in the DD field at Apple Creek Developmental Center in 2003 where he worked as a DSP in the day program and later as a QIDP in the residential unit. In 2004, he became an IA for Stark DD where he worked for the next six years prior to coming to Summit DD in 2010.

“In my role as an IA, I enjoyed tackling new problems,” shared IA Analyst, Matt Klink. He also expressed that he enjoys seeing many new faces and assisting in developing effective prevention plans that protect the health and welfare of those we serve.

Klink add about his new role as an analyst, “I’m excited to employ [my previous] experience to serve individuals and work with teams in a new way – to identify and address incident trends and patterns on a larger scale, work toward enhancing services and conduct trainings geared toward continually improving the lives of those we serve.”
