As we look ahead to 2024, we want to remind everyone about the upcoming 2023 Annual Analysis. As a reminder, all providers need to conduct their 2023 MUI analysis by no later than 1/31/24 and then submit their analysis to Summit DD by no later than 2/28/24. Get the details.
- Summit DD’s MUI Dept. will send out a blank analysis form and a reminder to all providers on or near 1/1/24.
- The completed analysis can either be emailed to UILogs@summitdd.org or faxed to 330-634-8553
- Please remember an analysis must be submitted even if you had no MUIs for those you served in 2023.
